It’s time to find the version of you that you’ve been craving.
Meet Dyanna Kaduk, LICSW
Trained Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Specialist
I’m glad you found your way here.
I believe healing happens in relationships - Some are fortunate and have healthy relationships beginning at an early age, others are not so lucky. Sometimes others find their way into our life at just the right time and other times we do just enough work to attract the right people at the right time.
We’re going to have serious moments and we’ll also find moments where we can laugh together.
Life itself can be hard enough, we don’t need to be hard on ourselves.
You can face it and move through it.
Wanting a better future doesn’t mean you have to beat yourself up along the way.
My goal is to get you to a place where you can have acceptance of who you are and the skills to manage any self-doubt, stress, or anxiety.
I’ve heard my clients say they like working with me because sessions feel conversational and practical.
I want you to know you can move through this life with direction and confidence.
It’s easy to get caught up in the finer details or the big picture, and I’m here to bring balance to both.
