Find comfort in being yourself

Meet Dyanna Kaduk, LICSW

Trained Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Specialist

I’m glad you found your way here.

It is important to me to understand your passions, your concerns, your relationships, and what matters to you.

Tough work requires trust and vulnerability, and I strive to build this safety net for you every time we meet.

We’re going to have serious moments and we’re also going to find moments where we laugh together. Life itself can be hard, we don’t need to be hard on ourselves.

You can face it and move through it.

Wanting a better future doesn’t mean you have to beat yourself up along the way.

My goal is to get you to a place where you can have complete acceptance of who you are and the skills to manage any self-doubt, stress, or anxiety.

I’ve heard my clients say they like working with me because sessions feel conversational and practical.

I want you to know you can move through this life with direction and confidence.

It’s easy to get caught up in the details or the big picture, and I’m here to bring balance to both.

Some stuff about me: A person outside of our sessions

I use the exact skills I teach to others to manage my own anxiety. Luckily at this point I’ve used them so much I don’t often need them.

Now my brain can tell the difference between what’s just worrying/overthinking/ruminating, and problems that actually need to be solved.

As you can probably guess from my profession, I value deep relationships in my life. Don’t get me wrong though, I value my time alone and make sure I take it when I need it.

I enjoy reading, hiking, paddle boarding, getting dinner with friends, and I can binge a good TV series with the best of them. I also enjoy randomly picking up passions I enjoyed as my younger self.

My background

I have been in the counseling field since 2016. In 2022 I opened my own practice, Kaduk Therapy. My main passion in this therapy world is empowering and supporting adults in overcoming Anxiety related disorders.
