I know the reason you’re showing up to therapy is weighing heavy on you. I won’t let your goals slip to the side.

You can trust the majority of our time together will be focused on the main reason you’re showing up in the first place.

That’s what I’m here for.

Through the challenges I’ll continue to guide you in holding space for when life feels unsteady, recognize when it’s time to nudge forward, and offer tools and strategies to manage it all along the way.

Through my clinical work and my own personal journey with anxiety, I understand the divide and internal discomfort that exists between learning and implementing.
