Hey! My name is Dyanna. I’m the owner and primary therapist at Kaduk Therapy in Washington. I offer collaborative and practical therapy for the overthinkers and people pleasers.
Maybe you’ve always had these tendencies, or maybe you recently had a big change of moving, a break up, or considering changing jobs. This may impact you by showing up as anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, and/or difficulty managing stress. I’m here for all of it.
Practical therapy means we’re getting clear on your goals, identifying ways to break them down, and practicing skills to target the issues that are impacting you from living a full and balanced life. I want you to start to feel relief and see progress fairly early on in our work together.
We will always be collaborating while working together. I’ll encourage you to show up as your whole self during our time together, understanding that I accept you as you are. I’ll encourage your honesty and feedback throughout our time together.
