Length of therapy can vary widely based on individual circumstances and goals set for therapy.
Typically clients will see me weekly until they gain confidence and skills to manage their symptoms. Then we transition to bi-weekly, then go to monthly. When I recognize progress is being made and I believe you’re ready I may encourage transitioning to less frequent sessions - though we will come to this decision together.

If you have any concerns or questions about billing, please feel free to reach out to Dyanna regarding charges, fees, or any questions related to billing.
