Of course we’ll be doing a lot of work to address the reason you’re showing up to therapy, but I also want to know..

I already expect the reason you’re showing up to therapy is weighing heavy on you. I won’t let your goals slip to the side.

You can trust I’m holding space for your goals and the reason you’re in therapy. The majority of our time together will be focused on the main reason you’re showing up in the first place.

That’s what I’m here for.

Through the challenges I’ll continue to guide you in holding space for when life feels unsteady, recognize when it’s time to move forward, and the tools and strategies to manage it all along the way.
