through individual therapy, I’ll help you communicate your thoughts and feelings, explore boundaries, and have deeper relationships.

In my practice, I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Self Compassion. When I use these frameworks, I start by exploring your values, communication style, openness, worries, and hopes for your relationships.

These, along with other frameworks, help me meet you where you are and design a path forward for you as an individual. My hope is for you to feel confident in showing up as your whole self in your relationships.
