Some days you know exactly what’s causing you anxiety, and other days you just wake up with this sense of dread, doom, and gloom.

You notice your heart feeling heavy and the nervous energy starts building. Your breath quickens and your thoughts start racing.

You're overthinking situations, stuck in a loop of “what ifs” trying to predict and prepare for all possible scenarios. You try to talk yourself down, but you still can't stop thinking about it.

Eventually a day or two passes and the whole thing fades to the background.. until a new situation presents itself, and your brain takes off again.

I'll help you understand all of your anxious pieces so you can know when your anxious side is coming to the surface. As we start to unpack anxiety, I'll introduce skills to help you manage these parts when they start to show up.

I'm big on sneaky skills, meaning a lot of the skills I teach are skills you can do in public, and no one would even know you're trying to collect yourself. One thing my clients can quote me on is "if you don't practice skills when your anxiety is a 2/10, don't expect it to work when it's a 10/10". As you learn new skills we’ll come up with a plan that feels supportive to you (we're not trying to replace anxiety with stress).
